- Plan Review: Presentation of revised draft plan to the relevant body for review and comments; Revision of the plan to incorporate comments, if any.

Preparation for Lower Level Plans: If the plan is prepared by DHS, inform the LG to initiate the process for the preparation of the Lower Order Spatial Plan. If the plan is prepared by the LG, the LG is to make the preparatory steps for the preparation of the Lower Order Spatial Plan.
