Plan Release: Forward the plan (Release of Plan) to LG after approval for Implementation; Public Notice that the
plan is being implemented and Public display of the approved plan at the LG; The Approved plan documents are to be shared to all relevant stakeholders.
Plan Implementation: Plan validation and demarcation; Detailed Infrastructure Design and master plans by competent authority (DES, DOR, etc); Resource mobilization for implementation (Based on implementation plan); Initiate LAP preparation (based on priority).
