Preparation of a Baseline, based upon agreed key results indicators, will provide the MOWHS with a tool to document the current situation on the ground, so that progress can be measured against it.

Key Activities

• Review the existing baseline of the key result indicators at the national, regional and local level.
• Review tools and methods of generating baseline
• Collect Baseline Data for Key Results Indicators

Inputs Required

• Taskforce 1 to work on this.
• A list of baselines for the various parameters of the settlement plans.                                                                                                   
• A list of methods and tools used by agencies in generating baselines of those parameter which are relevant to the human settlement plans. Eg, on the environment, look for baselines with NEC

Output

A baseline of the key result indicators with recommendation to improve it
